Wild Boar Anyone?

Last nights dinner was a real treat.  Our friends neighbor, here in the village, brought by a large leg of wild boar (Chingala)  he had recently killed.  They run wild all over the hills.  They are even in Sam's yard at night rutting up the grass (and I thought I had trouble with moose eating my roses!).  After a 2 day marinate in  red wine, herbs and local chestnuts, which are falling out of trees everywhere, we feasted! Delicious!
