To the market To the market....

Bonjour friends, off to the market we go!
We checked out our first market today, Hotel de Ville.  Chef Michael was in his element. The produce and fruits are so vibrant here they hardly look real.  We eventually walked away with our dinner, a bit of brussel sprouts, chantrelles, shallots and a chicken.  On to our local Chef de Fromage for a nice selection of cheeses for our after dinner treat. Unfortunatley, he told us he only had 230 types of cheese available today but in 3 weeks he would have over 350!  As President Mitterand once said "how can one expect to govern a country with 350 types of cheese"!
